About The Founder
Mental Health Specialist. Life Coach
Mercy is an accredited psychologist of Kenya Counselling Psychological board. She has a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Daystar University and specializes in supporting children, adolescents and youth. She has over 10 years’ work experience in the field of mental health.
She is a born again Christian and the founder of Dip-Co company that aims to support children, adolescents and youth to develop life skills that can help them maximize their potential.
She is passionate about sustainable development. Having studied Degree in Development Studies, she aims to utilize her knowledge and skills to develop children, adolescents and young people who will be the drivers of sustainable development in Kenya and globally.
She loves swimming and reading.
Her mantras in life is being intentional with one’s life, trusting the process and being comfortable with the uncomfortable.

Dip-Co has been very instrumental in children growth in our church.

Redeemed Gospel Church, Springs of Life Center, Syokimau has engaged Dip-Co on many occasions for the vacation bible school.
They are a team that is well staffed, balanced, vibrant and their lessons and activities are in sync with the day to day lives of our children. They focus on the holistic development of children when they’re preparing and delivering their services, which are Bible based.
Personally I am always excited when we approach the holidays because I know that with Dip-Co, my children’s ministry is covered.
Statistics of our impact
We are very proud of what we have achieved so far in the short duration of our existence.
Through our activities, we have managed to reach 4,160 children and adolescents through offline activities. From the online activities, we have had over 40 children and adolescents who have registered for our services and 22,125 social media engagements.
